RealtyToolRank is an independent directory that ranks software and AI tools for real estate agents, teams, brokers and property managers. We publish our scoring method, list prices from vendor pages where they're public, and date every page.

Affiliate disclosure

Some links on this site may be affiliate links. If you click one and buy, the vendor may pay us a commission at no extra cost to you. Links that carry affiliate tracking are marked as such near the link. Other outbound links include a utm_source=realtytoolrank tag so vendors can see the visit came from us; that tag alone does not earn us money.

Whether or not a vendor has an affiliate program has no effect on its score, rank or verdict. Several of our top picks have no affiliate program at all.

Sponsored content policy

• Vendors can pay for Sponsored placements on our home page, category pages and newsletter. Each one is labelled Sponsored in plain text, right next to it.
• Sponsored placements sit in a separate box and are never mixed into our ranked lists.
• Payment does not buy a higher rank, a better verdict, removal of cons, or a review.
• We review sponsor copy for accuracy and may refuse sponsors or claims we can't support.

Editorial independence

Scores and verdicts are written by the RealtyToolRank team using the criteria on our Methodology page. Vendors do not see or approve reviews before publication. If a vendor tells us about an error, we check it and correct the page with an updated date.

Disclosure standards we follow

We aim to follow the spirit of the Competition Bureau of Canada's guidance on deceptive marketing practices and influencer marketing disclosure, and the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising: disclose material connections clearly, close to the claim, and in plain language. This page is our good-faith policy, not legal advice, and we update it as guidance changes.
